We had been thinking of buying a flat in this project and gave a token amount of 21000 and then came to know that the authority had shelved plan of the metro which apparently was having a stop near it. We cancelled the booking and wanted our money back but till date we have not been returned our token money. From this one can gauge their level of honesty. Totally unethical and unprofessional behavior. Planning to go to consumer court.

Nice place to hang out with friends but as with most of the places in Maharashtra. There is hardly anything to do here. You can only go with friends if u want to enjoy the place. Or if he definition of enjoyment is peaceful time alone, then.
