Everything school, hospital , hotel, mall , supermarket , sports stadium and lake etc at one place so when fully developed it will become a really good community overall. Gaursons have delivered projects on time in the past and having great track record. Very good connectivity through yamuna expressway and proposed airport metro will be also there. So currently the place is not for living but you can invest for long run as short run will not gain much value preposition .
