Shamal Holding announces first Baccarat Hotel in Dubai:

The hotel’s design draws inspiration from Baccarat’s crystal heritage, featuring a glass façade that aims to complement the city’s existing skyline Shamal Holding, a Dubai-based investment firm, has unveiled plans for the UAE’s first Baccarat Hotel, set to open in Downtown Dubai. The announcement marks a significant development in the city’s ultra-luxury hospitality sector. The 145-key property will offer views of the Burj Khalifa. The hotel’s design draws inspiration from Baccarat’s crystal heritage, featuring a glass façade that aims to complement the city’s existing skyline.

The development includes both hotel rooms and branded residences. Hotel accommodations will range from Classic King and Queen rooms to suites, while the residential component will offer two-to-four-bedroom furnished apartments and four penthouses.

Shamal Holding is developing the project in collaboration with H&H Development and SH Hotels & Resorts, the operator of Baccarat Hotels & Resorts. Studio Libeskind is responsible for the architectural design, with interiors by 1508 London.
